Your contact details are only used for the purposes of your booking or enquiry with us and are not passed on to third parties.

Personal details including your passport, insurance and emergency contact details are required for purposes of your booking and risk management procedures. Only the essential details are forwarded to the hotels and airlines concerned.

No personal information is stored on our website. Any contact details, if stored, are securely stored off-line and on encrypted computers.

Credit and debit card details are not retained and are shredded immediately after processing the transaction.

It is your choice as to whether you wish to be informed of our holidays in the future or prefer not to be contacted by us again.

If you wish to be informed of our holidays in the future then your contact details will be securely stored off-line and on encrypted computers.

If you choose not to be informed of our holidays in the future then no contact details will be retained for you.

If you do not tell us whether you wish to be informed or not of our holidays in the future then your details will not be retained and you will not be contacted again.
